This policy sets out how Classic Property Investments & Management Limited (company number 7877707) (we, us, our) collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information when you visit and use our website www.classicproperty.co.nz.

Website
If you express an interest in investing by filling in our contact form on our website, we will collect the information you provide to us including your name, email address and phone number. This information is used to send you an information pack and to contact you to follow-up on your interest in investing (either via e-mail or phone).

We use cookies (a small text file that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive so that we can recognise your browser) to monitor your use of the website. We use this information to understand how people are using our website and to improve it. You may disable cookies by changing the settings on your browser, although this may mean that you cannot use all of the features of the website.

These allow vendors such as Google and Facebook to show ads from us to you on other internet sites and platforms. If you opt in to receiving marketing and promotional materials we will collect personal information, such as your name and email address.  We do this by asking you to enter your email address into an online form. We use this information to market and provide you with updates on our, and our related companies, products and services.  E-mail subscriptions are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.

How we use your personal information

  • to provide to you, and improve, our website;
  • to provide to you, and improve, our (and our related companies) products and services;
  • to market and provide you with updates on our, and our related companies, products and services;
