Classic Builders was founded by Matt Lagerberg and Peter Cooney in 1996 in the Bay of Plenty, which has now grown to become one of New Zealand’s largest residential building companies. Now the Classic Group encompasses multiple businesses that strongly support each other through every step in the lifecycle of property.

The key to a successful tenancy is ensuring you get the right tenant in your property from the start! We have a comprehensive selection process to make sure we find the right fit.

We create and manage eye-catching marketing campaigns to ensure we obtain both the right price and the right tenant for your property.
Maintenance
We will only use qualified tradespeople to repair and maintain your property. We’ll keep you in the loop through our portal on any costs and approvals.
Maximising Rent
We are committed to obtaining the absolute best rental return for your investment property and we can support you to ensure your property is ready to rent.
Inspections
We conduct a thorough Property Condition Report on your property prior to the start of the tenancy, during occupancy and at the end of the tenancy period.

When you purchase a Classic Property new build and choose to manage your investment through our Classic Property Management Service we guarantee the first year of rent on completion of the build.
